We are a busy 24/7 veterinary emergency and multi-specialty hospital seeking a friendly, organized, and personable Patient Greeter to join our team. This entry-level role plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and improving patient flow by assisting clients as they arrive.
About GSVS: We are a multispecialty practice with boarded specialists in cardiology, internal medicine, surgery, radiology, and critical care. Our clients and patients also have access to ophthalmology, oncology, radiation oncology, neurology, dermatology, and radioactive iodine treatment via our affiliated practice in Eatontown, NJ.

About you:
- Greet clients warmly as they enter the hospital
- Ask basic questions to identify the purpose of the visit (emergency, specialist appointment, etc.)
- Provide clients with registration forms and assist with basic instructions for completion
- Add arriving patients to our tracking system or team communication platform
- Notify triage technicians or clinical staff promptly when patients arrive
- Monitor the waiting area to ensure all clients are checked in and forms are collected
- Direct clients to appropriate waiting areas or departments
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with other light administrative tasks as needed
- No medical background or specialized training required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using tablets, basic computer and typing proficiency, clipboards
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Shift:
- Sunday - Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm
- Tuesday - Saturday, 12pm - 8:30pm
Compensation: $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience

Base Pay
$17 - $20 USD
