Who We Are
Verkada is building a world-class sales organisation and is looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven Country Manager to lead expansion into ASEAN. This hands-on role is perfect for a senior sales leader who is ready to set the strategy, hire a small team, and drive sales in a start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the VP APAC, based in Singapore
- Develop and execute a winning strategy for the ASEAN market
- Lead by example as a hands-on sales executive, setting the tone for your team and collaborating closely to meet and exceed sales targets
- Recruit, mentor, and empower a dynamic sales team, building a culture of growth and success
- Identify and engage with key partners, and accounts, closing deals with ASEAN-owned customers and nurturing long-term relationships
- Create relationships with VARs, resellers, and security integrators to maximise market opportunity
Requirements:
- Proven track record in senior sales leadership roles, ideally within a tech start-up environment
- Stable track record of sales success, top performer
- Able to manage multiple deals at once
- In-depth knowledge of the ASEAN market and business landscape
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Experience working with the channel
