Reports To: VP JAPAC, based in Singapore

At Verkada, we’re redefining physical security with cloud-first solutions that protect people and places. As the Head of ASEAN, you will drive strategy, build a high-performing sales organisation, and cultivate key partnerships to establish Verkada as a leader in the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a winning strategy for the ASEAN market to achieve high double-digit growth and long-term success.
  • Lead by example as a hands-on leader, setting the tone for a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
  • Recruit, mentor, and empower a dynamic sales team, ensuring individual and team success.
  • Build and leverage an extensive network of key partners, including VARs, resellers, and security integrators, to drive market expansion.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with ASEAN-owned customers, focusing on strategic alignment and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to align regional goals with global initiatives.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, data-driven insights, and market feedback to inform strategic decisions at a regional and global level.

Requirements

  • Proven success in senior sales leadership roles (e.g., Head of ASEAN or similar), ideally in a high-growth, channel-driven organisation.
  • Track record of building and scaling teams, with experience as the first hire in a region and driving sustained success.
  • Deep understanding of the ASEAN business landscape and a strong network of partners to leverage.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Knowledge of channel sales strategies and experience working with VARs, resellers, and integrators.
  • Familiarity with hardware or SaaS solutions is a plus.
