To help maintain and grow this standard, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee daily operational activities, cross-functional communication, and strategic marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have sharp project management skills, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, a proven track record in managing vendors, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various internal departments, including finance, IT, product, and marketing.
We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.
What You'll Do
- Manage the development and execution of cross-suborg marketing projects including new employee onboarding program, OKR planning processes, quarterly business reviews, and slide decks for important meetings.
- Help manage the quarterly product launch process, including working with the VP of Product Marketing to set dates for key launch milestones and ensure Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers are aware of deadlines.
- Oversee operational activities to ensure they are completed on time and within budget, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Work with the Solutions Marketing team to develop and project manage strategic marketing initiatives to drive business momentum in key industries, including the build of custom demo environments.
- Manage the overall operation of these custom demo environments and serve as a subject matter expert to customers and visitors.
- Oversee global swag store operations, including vendor management, inventory tracking, procurement, and fulfillment for internal teams, events, and demand generation campaigns across US, EMEA, and JAPAC regions.
- Manage gifting operations in partnership with Marketing Operations, ensuring timely investigation of inquiries, accurate order processing, and delivery.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of proven success in a project management role or an operational role such as business operations, administrative, or marketing projects
- Strong skills in budget development and oversight
- Strong time management and organizational skills with little follow up needed
- Exemplary interpersonal communication and soft skills
- Business-level fluency in written and verbal english
- An aptitude for learning new software applications
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn

Annual Pay Range
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)
Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).

$75,000 - $100,000 USD
