In this role, you’ll make outbound calls to businesses across the U.S. to schedule appointments for our branch teams. It’s a performance-driven position with clear goals, strong team support, and opportunity for advancement. High performers may be eligible to move quickly into roles that include performance-based bonuses.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make outbound cold calls to identify decision-makers and schedule appointments
  • Meet daily and weekly call and appointment goals
  • Support lead generation efforts and collaborate with internal teams

What You Bring:

  • Any phone-based experience 
  • Strong communication skills and comfort talking to new people
  • Desire to reach targets and take pride in meeting or exceeding them
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, etc.)

Great Backgrounds for This Role Include:

  • Retail Sales Associate
  • Customer Service Representative
  • Front Desk Receptionist
  • Patient Scheduler or Medical Office Coordinator
  • Hospitality or Hotel Front Desk Staff
  • Experience in direct sales
  • Individuals re-entering the workforce looking for stability and growth

 

Schedule:

  • Full-time: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Part-time: Flexible schedule, Monday – Friday between 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 16-30 hours per week—you choose your hours

 

Location: Everett, WA (100% in-office)
Pay: $24.00 per hour
