Summary:  The Software Developer works in developing and maintaining Vertical Bridge’s web applications using (but not limited to) Angular, .NET Core, and PrimeNG. The role has a strong sense of awareness, ownership, and urgency of the Company’s Products, ensuring product quality, up-time, and a seamless user experience. Job Functions: Develop and maintain scalable web applications and contribute to the design of Vertical Bridge’s overall architecture  Design and implement fundamental and advanced Angular and .NET Core principles in Vertical Bridge’s applications utilizing various backend platforms (SQL Server, Cosmos DB) Develop modern front-end interfaces consistent with existing guidelines using Angular and PrimeNG, ensuring responsiveness and optimal performance Implement back-end services and APIs using .NET Core, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards Participate in daily scrums communicating updates to ensure project and status awareness  Provide technical guidance and support for requirement documentation, resolving technical challenges and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards Implement and maintain strong quality assurance processes working with business partners to assist in User Acceptance Testing to solidify product releases Collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the SDLC process Manage support tickets and the product backlog resolving impediments to ensure the team is accomplishing the Department's goals These job functions are representative of tasks accomplished by incumbents.  The list is not exhaustive; incumbents perform other job-related tasks. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field Experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure App Services or related services Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and experience with Angular framework Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software development lifecycle Familiarity with .NET Core and C# programming language Knowledge of PrimeNG or similar UI component libraries Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn innovative technologies Experience with Azure DevOps Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Summary:  The Corporate Accountant will be responsible for daily general accounting responsibilities including, but not limited to journal entries, financial reporting, account reconciliations and audit support. This position will require an individual who is well organized and analytical. Job Functions: Plan and execute to meet monthly deadlines for month-end closing of financial statements. Prepare and record journal entries and account reconciliations for multiple accounts and multiple entities by compiling and analyzing account information. Prepare and provide analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements. Identify and review variances in account reconciliations. Work with peers and other departments to resolve and escalate to Accounting Manager as necessary; offer ideas for resolution to correct exceptions and prevent recurrence of issues going forward. Assist in the preparation of annual audited financial statements. Work closely with the accounting team and other departments throughout the organization. Document policies, procedures, and workflow for assigned area of responsibility. Collaborate on ad-hoc or recurring project teams to prepare various analysis for enhancement of the business. Prepare and provide analysis for leases and owner payments. Identify and propose solutions to increase effectiveness of processes and procedures. Supervisory Requirements: None Working Conditions and Physical Demands:  Position will work directly from the corporate office with minimum travel. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting required - CPA candidate preferred. Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience required, preferably in a related industry such as real estate, leasing, or telecommunications. Position requires the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities. Working knowledge of accounting practices, procedures and regulations governing accounting practices Experience working with NetSuite or similar accounting system preferred. Highly competent user of Excel and proficient with other MS Office suite products Experience with lease accounting is a plus. Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team.
