Regional Leasing Associate

Summary:
The Regional Leasing Associate (RLA) provides supports to the sales team by managing Pre‑Application (Pre‑App) activities including Site Scanner Program Management and national, carrier‑specific initiatives (e.g., HRR) while working closely with the Regional Leasing Manager (RLM) and reporting to the Senior Vice President of Leasing. Responsibilities include generating leasing opportunities, managing complex or conditional leasing transactions, preparing market-level sales presentations in coordination with Marketing and Business Analytics, and owning prioritization and marketing for Build‑to‑Suit (BTS) and Tower Infrastructure (TWR‑IP) programs. The RLA also supports site marketing and leasing projects, manages post-approval lease assignments including $0 Amendments, and enables efficient transaction processing across markets.
The first year includes extensive travel—both across assigned territories—as well as mentorship with other Regional Leasing Managers nationwide.
Job Functions:
- Support all Pre‑App functions, including Site Scanner initiatives and carrier-specific national programs (e.g., HRR)
- Prepare market‑level sales decks and presentations in collaboration with RLMs, Marketing, and Business Analytics
- Own BTS and TWR‑IP prioritization and marketing strategy development
- Manage conditional or challenging leasing transactions
- Facilitate site marketing and coordination for leasing projects across markets
- Oversee post-approval lease assignments, including execution of $0 Amendments
- Identify and market new leasing opportunities (e.g., build‑to‑suit)
- Act as customer interface for site-related marketing, management, and escalation
- Clearly communicate service value propositions to drive lease sales
- Maintain thorough understanding of customer contracts and price deals per Master Lease Agreements
- Review colocation applications for accuracy; streamline their progression through approval
- Assist the Leasing Project Manager with timely and accurate lease documentation
- Drive lease execution through coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with RLMs, Operations, Asset Management, and National Account Managers on asset-related matters
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of leasing reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Maintain Salesforce records for all customer interactions
- Visit current and prospective customers to build and sustain relationships
- Keep pipeline updated and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Align cross-functional teams to support sales and leasing strategies

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
Position will work directly from the corporate office in Delray Beach, FL with frequent travel required to customer sites, corporate locations, and other relevant markets.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in wireless or a related industry
- Demonstrated ability to persuade clients, cultivate relationships, and drive leasing results
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for sales pipeline and contact management
- Strong relationship‑building skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and effective in entrepreneurial and fast-paced environments
- Superior organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
