Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build hands-on experience and grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment. In this role, you’ll help manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, learn financial systems, and collaborate across teams to keep our operations running smoothly.

Job Functions
  • Review and enter vendor invoices accurately using our internal systems
  • Help process payments to vendors and landlords in a timely manner
  • Assist with setting up new vendors and maintaining accurate records
  • Communicate with vendors to answer questions and resolve simple issues
  • Partner with internal teams to fix discrepancies or update account details
  • Support audit preparation and process improvement projects as needed

Working Conditions and Physical Demands: 

This role is onsite in our brand new Downtown Delray Beach office. We foster a fast, flexible, and friendly culture where team members recognize the importance of in-person collaboration while providing the ability to have a flexible schedule and work remotely when needed. 

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Concur, Core and NetSuite a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
