We are looking for a highly technical, detail-obsessed Production Designer to join our team. You’ll be the driving force behind bringing our brand to life across both physical and digital environments—ensuring every output is executed with precision, consistency, and craft. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you’ll play a critical role in rolling out our new visual identity across all touchpoints. From trade show environments to marketing campaigns, you’ll operate as a cross-functional partner, translating creative vision into production-ready assets that scale seamlessly across formats and channels.
*Please include a link to your portfolio. Applications submitted without portfolios will not be considered*
Responsibilities include
- Assist with the rollout of our new visual identity in partnership with the Creative Director, ensuring a seamless transition across internal and external touchpoints.
- Lead the end-to-end production projects, covering experiential brand assets, including trade show booth design, signage, and print materials for key conferences and events.
- Manage technical print processes, coordinating with external vendors and fabricators to ensure perfect color matching and finish quality.
- Systematize and expand the centralized brand library to streamline asset discovery and cross-functional design alignment across both Adobe and Figma environments.
- Produce dynamic digital marketing content and high-impact graphics for the Marketing team, ensuring brand consistency between the screen and the physical space.
Here are a few indicators that you're the right person
- You’re a technical perfectionist with an eye for precision, ensuring that every bleed, trim mark, and margin is mathematically sound and print-ready.
- You’re a translator of complexity who can digest dense technical workflows and spatial requirements, turning them into elegant designs and intuitive physical environments.
- You’re a workflow enthusiast who doesn't just "do" the work, but looks for ways to build templates, streamline asset production, and improve how design output scales.
- You’re a spatial problem solver who considers how a brand translates to 3D spaces, accounting for scale, material quality, and physical consumer interactions.
- You’re confident in managing vendor communications and leading tactical discussions to ensure the successful execution of physical projects.
- You’re highly organized and proactive with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority print and digital workstreams simultaneously.
