Who We Are

Verve has created a more efficient and privacy-focused way to buy and monetize advertising. Verve is an ecosystem of demand and supply technologies fusing data, media, and technology together to deliver results and growth to both advertisers and publishers–no matter the screen or location, no matter who, what, or where a customer is. With 30 offices across the globe and with an eye on servicing forward-thinking advertising customers, Verve’s solutions are trusted by more than 90 of the United States’ top 100 advertisers, 4,000 publishers globally, and the world’s top demand-side platforms. Learn more at verve.com.

Captify, now part of Verve Group, is the leading Search Intelligence Platform for the open web and the largest independent holder of first-party search data outside of Google, connecting the real-time searches from over 2 billion devices globally. Its Search Intelligence technology powers omnichannel programmatic advertising and real-time insights for the world’s biggest brands, such as Disney, Unilever, eBay, Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft, Nestlé, GSK, Uber, Mars, P&G, Sony and Toyota—without reliance on third-party cookies. Captify brings brands more customers, publishers greater yield and consumers the most relevant digital experiences.

Marketing is at the heart of Captify and boasts a marketing approach that goes against the typical ad tech grain – we never want to be another boring ad tech brand! As an integral member of the UK team, you will play a major role in marketing activations and brand marketing initiatives.

What we're looking for:

You will be passionate about how good marketing activations can drive business growth as well as have the ability to mobilise and partner with teams outside of marketing. This is an individual contributor role reporting into UK Marketing Lead. The team is in ‘building mode’ and so this role will require the ability to think creatively whilst also not being afraid to get stuck in.

It’s an exciting year for the business as we launch a range of new products and as such evolve the brand and the role of the marketing team in driving business growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help ensure Captify’s data and search intelligence take centre stage across all our marketing activations
  • Brainstorm insights-led event messaging that differentiates the company at sponsored, owned and partner events
  • Run high-impact events, such as executive dinners, breakfasts, agency activations, industry event sponsorships and webinars to drive engagement and influence pipeline growth
  • Manage venue sourcing, logistics, vendor relationships and provide comprehensive project management support for our events
  • Coordinate pre-event communications, including registration pages, email invites and reminders, as well as post-event feedback
  • Work with global design team on event branding and branded merchandise
  • Collaborate with sales, insights and account management / customer success teams to ensure event objectives align with business goals
  • Help track and report event performance metrics, including attendance, lead generation, engagement and ROI
  • Contribute to post-event analysis, including stakeholder debriefs and feedback surveys to improve performance
  • Support content marketing initiatives including email campaigns, social media promotion, speaking notes and other event-related content
  • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, feeding that back to the marketing team

What you need to be successful:

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing and events, ideally in a B2B technology business or an ad tech, media agency or publisher brand
  • Experience managing in-person events
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Creativity is very important for us as we continue to evolve our brand identity
  • Commercial awareness and knowledge of how marketing supports sales
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Hubspot (or similar tool) and GSuite

What We Offer:

  • Stay healthy with our Bupa HealthCare Plan with easy access to medical care
  • Support your long-term financial security with our Aviva Corporate Pension Scheme, with Verve contributing 5% of your qualifying earnings
  • Pick what matters most to you in our Personalised Benefits Platform, with a budget of £50/month
  • Recharge with 25 paid vacation days + 3 Wellness days throughout the year, in addition to the public holidays
  • Boost your professional knowledge with our annual training budget & internal webinars
  • … and even more reasons to join us!
