What You Will Do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust features for the core ad exchange platform.
• Write highly concurrent, efficient, and reliable code, minimizing latency and maximizing throughput.
• Collaborate closely with your Engineering Manager and cross-functional peers to break down complex product requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Actively participate in the code review process, maintaining high standards for code quality and system security.
• Take ownership of your code in production by monitoring system health, troubleshooting live issues, and participating in the team's incident resolution workflows.

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, primarily focused on backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in at least one system-level or strongly typed language (We are generally language-agnostic, but most of our stack is Java and Go).
• Hands-on experience building and deploying applications in a modern Cloud environment (GCP or AWS).
• Practical experience with containerization (Docker) and a working understanding of orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools.
• An open mindset and willingness to integrate AI-assisted development tools into your daily workflow.
• Bonus: Previous exposure to high-traffic, low-latency environments (Ad-Tech, FinTech, High-Frequency Trading, etc.).
