We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Operations team in Manila and are currently looking for an People Operations Specialist to join the team.

As the People Operations Specialist, you will ensure a smooth experience by managing service desk tickets, maintaining accurate HR records, and supporting systems, policy administration, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role contributes to operational effectiveness across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Resolve tickets and provide support including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, and addressing concerns in line with established processes and SLAs.
• Maintain and update HR systems and databases, ensuring accurate records.
• Draft and issue letters or documentation in response to ticket requests.
• Support HR operations initiatives, including audits, data integrity checks, process improvements, and compliance reporting.
• Monitor and analyze ticket trends, identify recurring issues, and recommend process enhancements to improve service delivery
• Stay updated on tools, processes, and internal policies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR operational tasks.
• Perform other deliverables and outcomes as directed by the company.

What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an HR Support, service desk, or shared services environment.
• Proficient in HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.

We primarily operate in a remote work environment; however, we appreciate a flexible approach with regards to travel to Metro Manila if required on occasion. Any changes to our remote work arrangement will be communicated with ample notice.
