We have an exciting opportunity to join our Product team in Perth and are currently looking for a Senior Producer to join the team. 

As a Senior Producer at VGW, you will own the end to end delivery of world class digital gaming experiences by aligning teams, optimising delivery practices, and enabling Product Managers to bring player focused roadmaps to life.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Own end to end product delivery across squads, ensuring efficient, high quality delivery of product and technical roadmaps through strong agile cadence, backlog management, estimation, dependency tracking, and consistent use of delivery tools.
• Set the standard for product discovery and delivery readiness, governing discovery quality, roadmap planning, sequencing, and Product Management frameworks so initiatives enter delivery with clarity and confidence.
• Lead product operations and delivery governance, acting as the primary escalation point for incidents and delivery risks, coordinating with Engineering, Testing, and Operations, and providing clear, proactive communication to stakeholders.
• Enable high performing, healthy teams, reducing noise for engineers, creating consistent ways of working across squads, supporting team engagement and morale, and ensuring cross team collaboration runs smoothly.

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience in a Senior Producer, Delivery Manager, or similar role, with demonstrable ownership of end to end delivery for complex digital products.
• Strong expertise in agile delivery and planning, including facilitating agile ceremonies, managing backlogs, estimation, sequencing, and driving predictable delivery outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead cross team collaboration, managing dependencies across Product, Engineering, Design, Testing, and Operations in fast paced environments.
• Experience in product operations and delivery governance, including incident management, risk escalation, stakeholder communication, and maintaining delivery standards and documentation.
• A people first delivery leader, with a track record of building healthy, engaged teams, reducing delivery friction, and fostering positive, high performing team cultures.
