^{What will you do?}

^{Vim is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team. As a senior legal counsel, you’ll report directly to the VP of Legal and work closely with key stakeholders and executives in the organization, providing legal counsel in every day-to-day business aspect.}

^{- Provide legal advice to the company's various departments.}

^{- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.}

^{- Draft terms of service and customer agreements.}

^{- Product counseling.}

^{- Regulatory and compliance, mainly privacy and healthcare regulations.}  

^{Who are we looking for?}

^{- An experienced commercial lawyer with at least 5 years of experience} 

^{- Experience in a technology company -Must have} 

^{- Experience in a commercial department of a leading law firm}

^{- Experienced in complex commercial transactions including dealing with regulatory and compliance issues}

^{- Experience with data privacy laws and HIPAA -  strong advantage}

^{- Strong technological orientation}

^{- Super organized, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills}

^{- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English}

^{- Passionate, dynamic, and a people person at heart}
