This role is ideal for an engineer who loves to build, thrives in fast-moving environments, and is ready to take on increasing ownership and light leadership responsibilities as the product and team grow. You’ll work closely with Vim’s technical leadership, product, and design partners to shape the technical foundation for this new initiative.
What we are doing at Vim
Vim has built a next-generation clinical workflow integration technology that is fostering connectivity across the healthcare ecosystem. Our proven Core Application suite for diagnosis gaps, care gaps, referrals, medication recommendations, data exchange and more has paved the way for us to unlock accelerated healthcare innovation through our new developer platform (Canvas). Healthcare and technology builders of all sizes, including national health plans, leading Management Services Organizations (MSOs), value-based care enablers, and tech companies, use Vim's platform to connect with over 6,000 provider organizations. Through these connections, builders can equip care providers with the tools and resources they need to focus on their mission: providing exceptional care to each and every patient. Don’t miss the opportunity to join Vim and influence the future of healthcare delivery.

- 5–7 years of full-stack engineering experience in SaaS or web application environments
- Deep hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and React (or similar modern front-end frameworks)

- Interest in growing into a hands-on team lead role as the organization expand
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare technology, especially care coordination, clinical workflows, or interoperability
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or EHR integrations, and healthcare data privacy standards (HIPAA)
