Position Overview:

As a Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for building a strong portfolio of clients and driving market share growth for Viral Nation. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of marketing by combining strategic thinking with creative execution. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by leveraging Viral Nation’s cutting-edge technologies, services, and influencer network to deliver impactful business solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce Viral Nation Inc. and its services to various third party brands globally, marketing companies and other entities that may be interested in the services provided by Viral Nation.
  • Effectively manage and optimize the inbound lead-generation pipeline, ensuring timely and efficient qualification of leads, nurturing relationships, and maximizing conversion opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Prospect, generate and manage new/existing strategic business opportunities, globally.
  • Proactively attend and engage in industry conferences and events to build valuable connections, stay updated on market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop marketing plans aligned to Viral Nation brand vision, corporate priorities and initiatives in collaboration with Senior Management and cross-functional Leadership teams.
  • Define a market and related positioning, insight into appropriate distribution channels required to maximize revenue and brand positioning, market research/competitive analysis, go-to-market sales tools, customer segment selection, and penetration plans globally.
  • Ensure Viral Nation’s positioning is integrated and reflected across all consumer touch-points and sales channels.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust marketing strategies to meet changing global market and competitive conditions.
  • Support an environment of empowerment for team and colleagues with the resources, tools, and support they need to encourage them to anticipate and exceed expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the digital marketing, advertising, or influencer marketing space.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth goals.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional value to clients and effectively addressing their needs and challenges.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g.,HubSpot) and reporting tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
