Position Overview:

We’re looking for someone driven, resourceful, and ready to make things happen—a salesperson to help us build something great from the ground up. You’ll work directly with our Director of Revenue Operations to launch an outbound sales engine targeting some of the biggest brands in the world. Deals often exceed $1M, and our clients are household names. If you're hungry to learn, not afraid to experiment, and looking to grow your career inside a fast-paced, creative marketing agency, this is your shot to get in early, make a real impact, and level up fast.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with our leadership team to advance deals through the funnel, helping strategize, prepare, and execute at each stage to move opportunities toward close.
  • Supporting the Revenue team in navigating key accounts, coordinating internal stakeholders, and reinforcing deal strategy to maximize win rates.
  • Assisting on pipeline reviews and active opportunities, ensuring leadership has the insight and leverage needed to close high-value accounts.
  • Representing Viral Nation at industry events and conferences, building relationships with prospects and supporting our presence in-market.
  • Responding to inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings with our enterprise sales team.
  • Partnering directly with the VP of Revenue to develop and execute an outbound strategy focused on high-value target accounts and re-engaging cold leads to generate net new pipeline.
  • Leading outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone, using sequencing tools and AI to craft personalized, high-converting messages.
  • Continuously testing, learning, and refining outreach strategies to maximize engagement and response rates.
  • Thinking strategically to puzzle your way into key accounts—we want thoughtful, creative approaches that open doors.
  • Leveraging your CRM expertise (HubSpot experience is a bonus) to manage activities, track progress, and maintain a healthy pipeline.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or outbound sales role.
  • Hands-on experience with email and LinkedIn outreach, sequencing tools, and writing conversion-driven messaging.
  • A self-starter with a bias for action; you take initiative, experiment, and find creative ways to hit your goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside the box when approaching new accounts.
  • Solid understanding of CRMs and sales engagement platforms.
  • Bonus: Experience selling marketing services or working in an agency environment—especially if you understand how to position creative services to large brands.
