As an Associate Creative Director, you are the bridge between ambitious creative vision and measurable execution. You possess a fundamental understanding of social media creativity, with an innate sense of what it takes to "win" across every platform’s unique ecosystem. You don't just value art for art’s sake; you lean into creativity that drives tangible outcomes, prioritizing audience resonance and content performance over abstract concepts.

You are a consumer-first strategic thinker who lives and breathes the social landscape, keeping your finger on the pulse of evolving trends, platform shifts, and cultural nuances. As the ultimate conceptual filter, you guide teams to develop ideas that are grounded in platform reality and designed to move the needle—ensuring our work doesn't just resonate, but defines the cultural zeitgeist.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Content Strategy Execution: Oversee the implementation of creative strategies and content creation cycles for a portfolio of global leading brands- ensuring alignment with client objectives and maximizing impact on social media.
  • Viral Content Creation: Drive the development of high-volume, shareable content that captures attention and drives engagement across various social platforms.
  • Data-Driven Creative: Partner with Strategy and Business Intelligence teams to weave cultural and social media insights into high-performing creative and content campaigns. 
  • Social Platform Strategy: Enlist an acute knowledge of major and emerging social platforms and the bespoke best practices required to achieve algorithmic favorability with content. 
  • Trend-Alignment and Cultural Readiness: Maintain an active understanding of current and evolving trends in culture and across social media in order to inform relevant creative output. 
  • Creative Excellence: Maintain high standards for content quality and originality, pushing the boundaries of creativity while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Client Presentations: Confidently present creative work to clients, to secure buy-in for innovative ideas.
  • AI Integration: Actively utilize and support the adoption of AI agents and tools within creative and content workflows in order to streamline output, enhance creativity, and drive efficiency.
  • Innovation & Awards: Drive the development of innovative, award-winning social-media campaigns that set industry benchmarks and elevate our agency's profile.
  • Team Management: Provide hands-on leadership to social-first creatives, videographers, and editors, fostering a collaborative environment and maximizing output against client briefs. 
  • Production Leadership: Direct social videographers, photographers and creators on-site, providing creative direction and ensuring the capture of high-volume, high-quality visuals for social media content.
  • Client and Internal Stakeholder Relationships: Act as a day-to-day creative contact for assigned clients, supporting internal and external communications and building strong relationships.

You'll Need To Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in creative brand marketing and content development for social media–-with a proven track record of developing and executing viral social media campaigns.
  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional creative work in the social media space.
  • Proficient understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and audience engagement strategies across all major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of social media marketing.
  • Experience managing and mentoring social media creatives, videographers, editors. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with relevant software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Relevant knowledge of current and emerging AI tools and technologies.
