Our fully remote team helps clients leverage the full power of the cloud through strategic consulting, technical delivery, and outcome-focused engagements.

We’re expanding our team with a project delivery lead to support our growing client portfolio accounts. These are fast-paced, client-facing roles designed for self-starters who can juggle multiple workstreams and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes across multiple client workstreams.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project success -managing risks, resolving blockers, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Lead cross-functional teams in a remote, global setup - providing clarity, structure, and direction across all project phases.
• Coordinate multiple simultaneous client requests, balancing structured delivery with flexible client engagement and support.
• Build and manage delivery roadmaps for evolving initiatives (e.g., new capabilities within Virtasant’s cloud optimization platform and offering).
• Partner with stakeholders (including client teams, technical leadership, and internal consultants) to define scope, build timelines, and align on delivery goals.
• Establish strong communication and reporting mechanisms to create visibility and build trust with clients.
• Support delivery growth by demonstrating excellence and dependability - helping clients see us as long-term partners.
  
  

Preferred Experience & Skills

• 3–6 years of experience managing technology projects, ideally within consulting or professional services.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and a foundational understanding of core concepts in technology and data solutions.
• Strong project management fundamentals (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban), with experience tracking delivery metrics and managing reporting.
• Ability to take information from disparate sources, and input from multiple stakeholders, and transform them into practical delivery plans.
• Experience managing technology initiatives through all phases of the software development lifecycle, with a solid understanding of how software is planned, built, tested, and deployed.
• Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to confidently interface with stakeholders, manage expectations, manage issue resolution, and provide clarity amidst ambiguity.
• Ability to analyze complex data, reports, and unstructured information to identify trends, surface insights, and support informed decision-making.
• Experience applying business analysis skills to translate technical or ambiguous information into clear, actionable, recommendations for issue resolution or technical solution enhancements.
