Senior Recruiter (Contract Role)
Remote | US-Based | Full-Time Contract with extension to FTE
We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to identify, attract, and deliver top-tier talent across technology, product, data, and leadership roles. This is a full-cycle recruiting position where you’ll partner with hiring managers, leverage data-driven sourcing strategies, and build meaningful candidate pipelines that drive growth.
What You’ll Be Doing

Identify and engage high-quality technical, non-technical, and leadership talent.

Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, ATS, CRM, events, and creative channels.

Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to improve their ability to attract talent within their networks.

Act as a storyteller, communicating the company’s mission and opportunities to candidates.

Deliver curated shortlists of top talent with high conversion rates.

Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to execute searches efficiently.

Stay on top of evolving trends in candidate engagement and sourcing.
Must-Have (Non-Negotiable) Skills

4–6 years of recruiting experience (mix of technical and non-technical roles).

Strong business/technical acumen and ability to quickly understand role requirements.

Proven sourcing expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and other automated platforms.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage passive talent.

Experience using data-driven approaches to refine sourcing strategies.

Strong organizational skills, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
