Business Analysis - Accounts
Vixxo is seeking a full-time Business Analyst – Accounts based in Chicago, IL, or Scottsdale, AZ, Offices.
(Hybrid Model – In Office – Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
The Role:
Vixxo seeks a detail-oriented and customer-focused Business Analyst – Accounts to support our Business Unit Leaders and customers by transforming operational and financial data into meaningful insights. This role will help develop Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations, provide strategic recommendations, and collaborate with internal teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in PowerPoint, and the ability to communicate complex information in a simple, digestible way. The ideal candidate should be comfortable presenting to customers and supporting ad hoc requests from business unit leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to develop insights that drive business decisions.
- QBR Development: Support the creation of Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks, ensuring data is presented clearly and effectively for customer meetings.
- Customer Engagement: Participate in client-facing discussions, presenting data-driven insights compellingly.
- Business Unit Support: Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to Business Unit Leaders to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Financial Awareness: Understand spending trends, P&Ls, and operational performance metrics to connect financial insights with business operations.
- Process & Reporting Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities to provide internal and external stakeholders more value.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, operations analysis, or a related field.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to create clear, impactful presentations.
- Ability to present complex data in a digestible and compelling format.
- Understanding P&L statements, cost structures, and financial metrics related to business operations.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAP Business Objects).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging with customers or senior leadership.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field. CPA or MBA preferred.
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 10% annual overnight travel.
