
Account Supervisor

About the Role:
The Account Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clients. This role focuses on fostering strong client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and achieving team performance goals. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing critical projects/marketing campaigns and ensuring executional success in delivery of said projects.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Ensure flawless oversight of key projects/campaigns
- Effective communication, collaboration and co-ordination with all team members/departments critical to a project roll out (creatives, production, studio, etc.)
Client Relationship Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of client relationships.
- Act as a point of escalation for key projects and recommendations.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and complaints.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively identify and address potential client concerns.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance and client satisfaction.
- Participate in client meetings as needed.
Who We Are Looking For:
- 3 + years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CX and digital project management is a plus.
