What you’ll be doing:
- Salesforce Platform Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform, utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura Components, Flows, Platform Events and Process Builders.
- Order Management Implementation: Implement, configure, and customize Salesforce Order Management (OMS) functionalities, including Order Summaries, Order Orchestration, Fulfillment, Payments, and Returns.
- Integration Specialist: Develop and maintain integrations between the Salesforce Platform and other internal/external systems (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Subscription Application, ERP, payment gateways, shipping providers) using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration middleware.
- Technical Design & Architecture: Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions. Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for Salesforce applications, identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
- Release Management: Assist with release management processes, including sandbox refreshing, change set deployment, and CI/CD pipeline management.
Knowledge of Copado is a Pré.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, proactively recommending new approaches and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within Agile teams, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
What we want from you:

Technical Proficiency:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Platform development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura Components, Flows, Process Builder, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events).
Mandatory:
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools and methodologies (VS Code, SFDX, Git, CI/CD).
Analytical & Problem-Solving:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Certifications (One or more of the following are highly preferred):
- Salesforce Platform Developer I - Preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) – nice to have
If you know some of this even better:

Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.

Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).

Experience with other Salesforce Clouds like Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
