Job Summary

Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of experience in building scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and integrations. Hands-on expertise in Service cloud and Salesforce Order Management (OMS) including order orchestration, fulfilment, and payments, along with strong API integration skills. Experienced in CI/CD, release management, and collaborating within Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• We are looking for candidates experienced in developing and configuring solutions on the Salesforce platform, particularly within Service Cloud.
• You will work on client projects, using Lightning and Apex to build custom features, automate processes, and integrate Salesforce with other systems.

Required Skills

• Experience as a Salesforce Developer/Engineer, with a focus on Service Cloud OMS.
• Strong experience configuring process flows, automation (Flow, Process Builder), and data models.
• Extensive experience with the Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks.
• Proven ability to customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and other programmatic tools.
• Experience in developing and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and 3rd party systems.
• Experience working effectively within an Agile team environment.
• Good exposure to the Salesforce partner community and ecosystem.
• Ideally, you will also have experience working directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Preferred Experience

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
• Experience with other Salesforce Clouds like Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
