Full Stack Software Engineer (C#, JavaScript)

Our Applications business unit focuses on delivering a suite of advanced communication tools designed to enhance customer engagement. From cloud contact centers to feature-rich unified communications solutions, our Applications team is dedicated to providing businesses with the tools they need to streamline operations and improve customer experiences.

We are strengthening a team that has a full ownership of our key platforms. This product allows to set up solutions for contact center communication. 

We highly value full-stack capability and we work using C# on backend and JavaScript/Typescript on frontend. 

Because of the requirements of the project, you need to be able to align the majority of your time to the United Kingdom working hours (you can start anytime between 11:30am - 1:30pm IST time). 

Your key responsibilities:

• Serving as a key contributor to our core engineering team, focused on the development and enhancement of our SaaS technology platform.
• Having an end-to-end ownership of core codebase, encompassing architecture, development, and deployment.
• Leading the end-to-end development of features, working closely with the product manager, to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.
• Engaging in our Agile, delivery-focused development process to efficiently meet project goals and deadlines.
• Developing tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.

What you'll bring

Required:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Backend or Full-stack developer.
• Working experience with C# and TypeScript/JavaScript (ideally with Vue.js or React).
• Familiarity with MySQL database.
• Excellent communication skills in English, including writing, speaking and listening to effectively communicate with technical and non technical people.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field.

Experience we consider a plus:

• Operational skills with Grafana and Kibana
