Position Overview
The Corporate Travel & Expense (T&E) Program Manager is responsible for managing and evolving Vonage’s global T&E programs. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, strong internal controls, and a high-quality employee experience, while supporting ongoing program enhancements and global scalability and sustainability objectives
Key Responsibilities

Program Management: Day-to-day oversight of the global T&E program, including policy governance, tools administration, and process improvement initiatives

Expense Operations: Monitor expense audit activity, manage exception queues, and ensure timely payment and clearances

Corporate Card Program: Serve as program administrator, overseeing card issuance, account maintenance, and issue resolution; serve as liaison between cardholders and the issuing bank

Purchasing Card (P-Card) Program: Oversee the departmental p-card program, ensure proper usage, controls, and compliance.

Vendor & Platform Management: Act as system administrator and primary point of contact for relationships with travel management company, expense platform, and compliance tools

Policy & Compliance: Maintain and update T&E policies, including periodic reviews, communication of changes and training

Reporting & Analytics: Build and deliver regular reporting on travel spend, policy adherence, and program KPIs to finance leadership and key stakeholders

System & Process Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency, improve user experience, and compliance across T&E workflows
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
-
Experience in corporate travel management, procurement, or strategic sourcing preferred.

Understanding of global travel operations, supplier negotiations, and contract management.

Experience managing travel platforms and relationships with vendors.

Advanced analytical and financial management skills.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in travel and expense systems (e.g., SAP Concur, FCM, Oversight, or similar platforms).
