Marketing Content Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven, math-oriented candidate who wants to become a digital commerce specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Support the process of researching and verifying customer cases by collecting information about the project, architecture, and customer data;
- Assist in developing text for customer success stories and social media distribution pieces (carousel, cards);
- Support mass communication efforts such as newsletters, webinars, intercom (email marketing, pre- and post-event communication, stakeholder alignment) and in distributing and leveraging these contents post-event;
- Support the production of content for both large and small events, including promotional materials, presentations, and post-event communications.

Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Analytical and systemic thinking to design simple solutions to complex problems;
- Interested and ease to learn new tools if necessary;
- Attention to detail and sense of quality;
- Fluence is Portuguese and English
- Problem solver mindset and attitude;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to think strategically and make data-based decisions
- Willingness to learn and evolve on the understanding of the VTEX platform and commerce
- Experience with B2B Marketing
