Product Marketing Leader

About the role

As Product Marketing Leader you will be responsible for managing the team and initiatives that bind our product strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in sales and marketing and achieve results. You know our competitors like the back of your hand and you know our buyers better than they know themselves, including how they make their buying decisions. This isn’t guesswork. You back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning, messaging, and marketing programs that resonate with buyers and empower our sales channels to be successful. Sales enablement will be a key focus, ensuring that our sales team is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and content they need to effectively sell the product. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and help them navigate product complexities during the sales process.

You are known for forging strong relations with your peers and for orchestrating masterfully cross-functional collaboration, ensuring people from different teams and seniority levels are working together towards a common goal.

What you will do

  • Position Product Marketing as a strategic area that works hand-in-hand with other Core Marketing areas, Regional teams and Product teams to drive product adoption and usage
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the PMM team, ensuring each team member achieves professional growth and contributes to team success
  • Oversee the creation of go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives, sales, and product teams across all markets
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales enablement content such as product one-pagers, competitive analysis, use case guides, and customer stories that empower the sales team to close deals more effectively
  • Establish KPIs to track product marketing effectiveness, measuring campaign performance, product adoption, sales enablement impact, and revenue contribution.
  • Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that feedback loops are integrated into product development, sales enablement, and marketing efforts.
  • Partner with sales and product teams from early on, from product discovery to launch to sunset

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing with experience in to mid to enterprise-level B2B SaaS as a plus
  • Proven track record and hands-on experience with leading and coordinating initiatives across product and sales & marketing organizations
  • Craft obsession and deeply care about consistency, tone of voice, and look-and-feel of our brand
  • Proficiency in written communication with an ear for ‘voice’ and an eye for grammar/spelling
  • Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results
  • Systemic thinking to provide simple solutions to complex problems
  • Great communication skills to talk about our work, product, and industry in an engaging and easy to understand way.
  • Digital commerce experience preferred
