Content Analyst
About the Role
As a Content Analyst, you will be responsible for creating strategic content that strengthens VTEX's communication with its customers and the market. Your main mission will be to develop customer case studies, blog posts, eBooks, social media copy, and email content for CRM.
Additionally, it will be essential to ensure that VTEX's content is always up to date and that customers receive the best information about the company's products and solutions. Your work will have a special focus on SEO optimization, ensuring that each piece is relevant and well-positioned in search engines. You will also support press release validation and spokesperson training.
To succeed in this position, it is essential to have clear and effective communication, be organized, and take the initiative in automating content workflows. Experience with tools such as HubSpot and Semrush will be a plus.
What you will do
- Create customer case studies, ensuring impactful narratives aligned with VTEX's objectives.
- Develop content for blogs, eBooks, social media, and email marketing campaigns for CRM.
- Ensure VTEX's content is always up to date, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
- Write persuasive and strategic copy for social media, boosting engagement and reach.
- Support the validation of press releases, ensuring institutional communication aligns with the company's strategy.
- Participate in spokesperson training, assisting in the construction of effective narratives and speeches.
- Implement content workflow automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scale.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that VTEX's product and solution communication is clear and impactful.
- Monitor and report content performance using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics and Semrush for continuous analysis and optimization.
Who you are
- Experience in creating strategic content for different channels.
- Knowledge of SEO and best practices for search engine optimization.
- Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot and Semrush.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactivity and initiative in automating content workflows.
- Interest and knowledge in technology, especially in the ecommerce sector.
