Marketing Manager (France & UK)

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to work in our sales teams in Paris, France. The person will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to generate interest, awareness, and demand for VTEX’s products in UK and France. Their ultimate goal is to drive leads, increase customer acquisition, and contribute to revenue growth. They will work closely with sales, content, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with the company's overall objectives. 

Job Requirements:

  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., hubspot, Salesforce, DropContact, Lusha, Kaspr, Pharow and others).
  • B2B & Tech market experience (preferably SaaS products). 
  • Knowledge of the target ecommerce industry in EMEA. Experience in APAC is a plus.
  • Experience in field marketing: Customer Cases, Inbound and Outbound campaigns…
  • Creativity in designing engaging campaigns.
  • Project management and teamwork abilities.
  • PR relationship and event management
  • You are fluent in French and English. Other language is a plus. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing Campaigns: Designing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as email, social media, webinars, and paid advertising, to attract potential customers.
  • Lead Generation: Creating strategies to generate high-quality leads that can be nurtured through the sales funnel.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborating with content creators to produce relevant materials (e.g., blogs, whitepapers, videos) that resonate with the target audience.
  • Performance Analysis: Measuring the success of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce, and optimizing based on performance data.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Aligning marketing efforts with sales goals to ensure leads are effectively converted into customers.
  • Market Research: Understanding customer needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies to tailor marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management: Allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment for demand generation activities.
