About the Role

As a Customer Success Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring Weni by VTEX clients' experience,  driving expansion, and turning them into promoters of Weni’s products. You will maintain strong relationships with Weni by VTEX clients, working closely with C-Level executives, understanding their needs, and demonstrating the value that Weni by VTEX solutions bring to their business.


What you will do

  • Ensure ongoing customer engagement and maximize product usage, delivering added value to their operations;
  • Negotiate contract renewals and expansions (Upsell) to drive revenue and strengthen partnerships;
  • Lead strategic meetings with clients, offering technical solutions that meet their needs;
  • Monitor customer health, anticipating risks and identifying growth opportunities;

Who you are

  • You adapt and learn quickly;
  • You approach problems with a technical mindset;
  • You have knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following areas: Retail, Marketplace, Digital Commerce, Omnichannel, and understand the impact these areas have on customer experience;
  • You have a technical and analytical mindset, delivering simple solutions to complex problems that improve the customer experience;
  • You are a digital commerce expert;
  • You are fluent in English and comfortable communicating with global clients.
