About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Alliances Analyst to join our team. This role is key to supporting the execution of go-to-market strategies developed by Alliances Managers for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), especially in advertising, marketplaces, and payments. The Alliances Analyst will ensure partners’ daily operations are up to date, maintaining clear, frequent, and proactive communication to drive strong relationships and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and thrives in cross-functional environments, contributing to revenue growth and seamless ISV integrations with the VTEX platform.

*For this position, you are required to attend the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), and remote work on Friday.

About the Team

The Alliances Analyst will work closely with the Strategic Alliances Team as well as cross-functional teams within VTEX. The team's focus is on creating and orchestrating Strategic and Profitable Alliances for VTEX, empowering bonds with the VTEX ecosystems, and driving insights for other VTEX Growth teams about relevant Partner Solutions that can enhance merchant results.

Who you are

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in Partnership Management or Account Management, preferably in advertisment, payments or marketplaces segment;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-based decisions;
  • Willingness to learn and evolve on the understanding of the VTEX platform and commerce;
  • Fluence in Portuguese and English;
  • Advanced Spanish is preferred;
  • Digital commerce experience preferred;
