
Director of Product, VTS AI - Lease & Market
The Lease, Market & Data (LMD) org is at the heart of that transformation owning the roadmap for Lease & Market and the data product surface area that powers insights, workflows, and our biggest bet: Lease Intelligence.
As a Director of Product you will take full ownership of the LMD portfolio strategy, lead a team of senior product managers, and drive measurable growth outcomes across adoption, retention, and revenue.
** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office 4 days a week. **
Here is what you can expect as a Product Design Director:
- Lead Asset Intelligence: vision, execution, rollout strategy, and scaling plan.
- Create alignment across squads and stakeholders; simplify complexity and make hard calls.
- Partner with GTM leaders on positioning, pricing/packaging considerations, and customer rollout.
- Ensure the offering delivers enterprise-grade outcomes: workflow integration, trust, governance, and measurable ROI.
- Raise the bar on product craft: world class UX, information architecture and time-to-insight.
To succeed in this role you have:
- 8+ years product management experience, including people management (managing Sr PMs / PM leads).
- Proven experience owning a portfolio or domain in enterprise B2B SaaS at scale.
- Track record of shipping major products or expansions (including at least one meaningful 0 to scale initiative).
- Demonstrated track record of shipping GenAI features to production (not prototypes) and iterating based on real usage.
- Strong product craft: discovery, prioritization, PRDs, execution, cross-functional leadership, and crisp decision-making.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and executive communication—able to align stakeholders and drive decisions
Strong Plus:
- Experience with LLM product patterns: retrieval + grounding, evaluations, prompt/versioning strategy, feedback loops, human-in-the-loop, and monitoring.
- Experience in CRE, leasing, marketplaces, fintech workflows, or other document/transaction-heavy domains.
- Proven ability to drive adoption + monetization outcomes (activation, retention, expansion), not just feature delivery.

Pay Transparency
At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. The base salary is market-driven at the time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $210,000 and $260,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography.
