Senior Creator

New York, NY

Senior Creator - NYC

You know the viral social moments everyone is talking about before it hits the marketing trades. Your camera roll is half screenshots of great brand work. You can tell when a trend is worth jumping on (and when a brand should absolutely sit it out).

We’re looking for a Senior Creator who is obsessed with marketing, advertising, social and culture and knows how to turn what’s happening into content people actually want to consume.

You’re a creator in the truest sense of the word. You can spot the idea, develop the concept, pick up the camera, produce the shoot, edit the video, design the post and jump in front of the camera yourself. You’re a well-rounded maker who can move between formats, platforms and projects without missing a beat.

You’re also a self-starter who is highly organized, moves quickly and doesn’t need to wait for a brief to see an opportunity. You’ll work closely with teams and leaders across VaynerX, so you should be just as comfortable collaborating across the business as you are owning the work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Create End-to-End: Independently ideate and execute a high volume of social content from concept through completion, including concepting, scripting, filming, producing, editing and design.
  • Stay Tapped Into Culture: Keep a pulse on marketing, advertising, brands, social and culture, turning relevant trends, conversations and industry moments into timely content ideas.
  • Create For Every Feed: Make platform-native content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and emerging platforms for multiple brands across the VaynerX portfolio. Know how to adapt a great idea for each platform instead of simply resizing it.
  • Produce Wherever The Work Takes Us: Support shoots, interviews, recurring content series and live events, confidently operating cameras, microphones, lighting and other production equipment while capturing great content in fast-moving environments.
  • Work Across The Business: Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across VaynerX to bring ideas to life, respond to quick-turn needs and translate different parts of the business into compelling social content.
  • Learn From The Work: Monitor and analyze content performance, identify what’s working (and what isn’t), and turn those learnings into actionable recommendations. Build clear reports that tell the story behind the numbers and help inform what we create next.
  • Own Your Work: Stay highly organized across multiple projects, timelines and deliverables. Bring ideas proactively and take ownership from start to finish.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of professional creative or social content experience, including experience creating social-first content for B2B audiences in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong portfolio that shows range across video, design and social formats, plus the hands-on production and editing skills to bring ideas to life yourself.
  • Deep fluency across social platforms and an understanding of what makes content, audiences and creative behaviors different across each.
  • Experience using AI as part of your everyday creative workflow to ideate, research, streamline processes and move smarter and faster.
  • Strong analytical instincts with experience turning social performance data into clear insights, reports and recommendations.
  • A proactive, highly organized and collaborative working style, with the confidence to work independently and with stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • And yes, a genuine obsession with marketing, advertising, brands, social and culture. This one matters!

Work Schedule

This is a hybrid role with a required 3–4 days on-site from our NYC office. Must be able to commit to a full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week during 9 AM–6 PM ET business hours, Monday–Friday.

Unsure if you meet the qualifications? We are always looking for talent which will continue to cultivate an inclusive and representative team that will enhance our perspectives, skill sets, background, and behaviors.  We encourage those who are passionate about what we do to apply!

  • Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
  • Employer-sponsored 401k with match
  • Medical, Dental, and vision coverage
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Caregiver (Parental) Leave
  • Health and Wellness benefits
