Manager, EMEA Sales
At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. As the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’re redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web — combining visual development, powerful content management systems, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics in a single, unified platform. With AI at the core, Webflow helps teams move faster, create more performant digital experiences, and scale without heavy engineering support. From independent designers and creative agencies to global enterprises, hundreds of thousands of organizations use Webflow to turn ideas into reality — and to power what’s possible on the web.
We’re looking for a Manager, EMEA Sales to lead and scale our regional sales efforts. As one of Webflow’s first Sales Managers in the UK and an inaugural member of our London office, you will play a pivotal role in launching and expanding our presence in the UK, while helping to drive growth across the broader EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
As a sales leader in our London office, you will help foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, driving new business and revenue growth, developing and refining sales strategies tailored to the EMEA market, and partnering closely with leadership to align cross-functional efforts across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
About the role:
- Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
- 3 days per week in-office; schedule TBD
- Full time
- Permanent
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in the London market. We've structured the pay range to be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
For sales roles, the ranges provided are the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) ranges, meaning that the ranges include both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; retirement plans; health benefits; and wellness stipends

- Foster a culture of continuous development through deal reviews, collaborative coaching, and skill-building sessions to strengthen sales acumen and deepen knowledge of Webflow’s value proposition
- Ensure the team executes efficiently and effectively against target accounts, leveraging marketing resources, inbound signals, and regional insights to inform outreach and deal strategy
- Drive accountability to daily/weekly sales activities and pipeline health, while motivating the team to consistently exceed ambitious growth targets
- Accurately report on business performance, providing clear forecasts against monthly and quarterly goals
- Own and optimize sales processes in the region, establishing local best practices that scale effectively across the EMEA market
