The People Specialist, Compensation advances department functions using excellent processes, emerging technologies, and agile work approaches. The People Specialist, Compensation is accountable for designing, developing, coordinating, conducting, and implementing effective programs. This is a senior individual contributor role which requires strong program management, communication, and analytical skills, as well as experience and understanding of process and scalability.

On the day-to-day, you will:
- Analyze, design, and assist with the administration of organizational compensation programs, including base pay, long and short-term incentives, spot bonuses, and commissions that align with company objectives for recruiting, retention, and employee engagement
- Design and communicate pay structures, grades, budgets, and guidelines
- Advise stakeholders on effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policies and budget guidelines
- Evaluate jobs and develop and maintain job descriptions and job architecture
- Participate in compensation surveys and research and analyze market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends
Job requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree or commitment to attain a bachelor’s degree within three years is required; equivalent experience may be substituted
- Three (3) or more years of business experience in compensation, human resources, operations, strategy, or a related field
- Must be comfortable with minimal travel to WelbeHealth centers as needed
- Advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
- Experience leading multi-disciplined project or process improvement teams
- Experience working in data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to inform and execute on projects
- CCP is preferred

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 / year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
