About the Role:

As Acquisition Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be key to our acquisition marketing campaign execution and success. You will be a dedicated owner of the build and implementation of our acquisition marketing campaign workflows and a master of our marketing automation tool. In turn, you will help us drive awareness and get the word out about participation in our programs to the people who need it most—those with chronic conditions who need help building healthy, lasting habits to help them feel their best every day and stay out of the hospital. 

We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and a knack for organization. You are the type of person who takes pride in delivering polished, error-free work, double- or even triple-checking each element before presenting it to the team. Whether it’s testing an email campaign to ensure flawless formatting across devices or verifying that every link works as expected, you understand that quality control is essential to our brand’s success. You catch even the smallest inconsistencies, always striving for excellence, and you have a process-driven mindset that helps you stay organized in a fast-paced environment. 

Specifically, you will:

  • Build and implement multi-channel campaign workflows including email, SMS, direct mail, and phone calls
  • Edit communications and templates based on internal improvements and customer feedback
  • Test, proofread, and QA acquisition marketing outreach copy, design, and tracking
  • Organize and maintain inventory of final assets, unique phone numbers, URLs, disclaimers, and other critical details
  • Adjust marketing cohort campaign progression where needed and troubleshoot any campaign execution issues that may arise
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize campaign performance
  • Ensuring marketing event and performance related data is tracked precisely and that reporting is accurate
  • Support execution of marketing channel experiments when applicable, such as events and community marketing 
  • Assist in special projects on an ad hoc basis, e.g. compile competitive examples, 
  • Work in collaboration with the enterprise marketing, engineering, design and analytics  and product teams in order to fully optimize campaign performance

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Very strong in Excel, bonus for experience in ASANA for project management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Experience with a marketing automation tool is a big plus!

Base Compensation: $75-95k
