A welcoming, pet-free family in Bethel Park, PA is seeking a reliable, warm, and long-term nanny to assist with their active 2-year-old and 9-month-old children starting ideally by November. The home follows Montessori principles to foster independence and engagement, and the family is looking for a caregiver who can grow with them for years to come.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: ~20 guaranteed hours per week
• 2 days per week: 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM (Caring for both the 2-year-old and 9-month-old until the 2-year-old is dropped off at school, then caring for the 9-month-old)
• 2 days per week: 6:45 AM – 8:45 AM (Caring for the 2-year-old)

• Smoke-free home
• Pet-free household
• Family follows Montessori principles at home

Responsibilities

• Assist children with morning routines and preparation for the day
• Safely transport the 2-year-old child to school (approximately 10-minute drive; drop-off at 8:30 AM on applicable days)
• Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for the 9-month-old infant following school drop-off
• Household support tasks related to care (light tidying, children's laundry, dishes, and basic meal prep)

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a safe, reliable vehicle
• Proven reliability and punctuality for school schedules
• Ability to safely perform essential physical duties related to toddler and infant care and transportation

Preferred

• Experience safely transporting young children (toddlers)
• Experience caring for infants and multiple young children simultaneously

Compensation

• $17-$19 per hour
