Weploy is partnering with one of our key clients to help them with a critical hire that will impact real change and innovation.

This organisation is one of the market leaders in the financial industry with a real and honest focus to help their customers with its purpose driven mission. 

The Opportunity

This isn’t a BAU change role.

With C-suite backing, and 11 MVP initiatives ready for rollout, this is a rare and exciting opportunity to drive innovation and change across the entire organisation. The Change & Adoption Manager plays a vital role in spearheading the organisation’s 3 year growth strategy.

As the foundations have been laid, they are ready to implement and execute on the next phase. You will sit within a dedicated transformation project team and be accountable for:

• Driving adoption of multiple initiatives
• Managing change across the organisation
• Measuring impact and ensuring outcomes stick
• Working across departments and stakeholders to remove friction and accelerate execution

This is a 5-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension, given the scale of the broader transformation roadmap.

About you

This project isn’t just a tick box, this is about genuine impact and change. Below is what we’re looking for:

• Proven experience driving & leading organisational change 
• Proven experience impacting and measuring adoption 
• Experience leading people
• Strong stakeholder management. This isn’t just comms, this is about getting across the organisation, building relationships and being across all the details
• Truly passionate about change and innovation. You could be a team leader in the CC who’s driven change, to someone in tech who has managed large scale change
• Someone who can move fast with high energy
• Strong commercial acumen with a customer first mindset
• Experience working in agile environments
