Part-Time Associate Veterinarian | Hammocks Veterinary Hospital | Miami, FL (Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred)

Hammocks Veterinary Hospital is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our team in Miami, Florida. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian looking for a consistent part-time schedule while practicing high-quality medicine in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Schedule: Mondays, Fridays, and rotating Saturdays.

Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly preferred to support our diverse client community and enhance client communication.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional medical care for small animal patients through wellness, sick, and preventative care appointments.
  • Perform routine surgical procedures and dentistry.
  • Develop diagnostic and treatment plans while educating clients on their pets' health.
  • Collaborate with an experienced team of veterinarians and support staff to provide the highest level of patient care.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to a positive hospital culture.
  • Participate in our rotating Saturday schedule as part of the clinical team.

Qualifications

  • DVM or equivalent degree
  • Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and client education skills
  • Comfortable performing routine surgery and dentistry
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
