Lead Veterinary Receptionist / Client Services Representative

Jamacha Pet Vets is seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Veterinary Receptionist / Lead Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our exceptional team. As the first point of contact for our clients, CSRs play a critical role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment and building lasting trust in our veterinary care.
In this role, you’ll not only provide outstanding customer service—scheduling appointments, managing client communications, processing payments, and offering guidance on our services—but also join our leadership team to assist with front desk operations. You’ll oversee daily workflows, support and train fellow CSRs, and ensure that every client interaction reflects our commitment to kindness, clarity, and professionalism.

Schedule and compensation:
- Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour, for each hour worked
- This is a full-time position, with a 5/8 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 3+ years of experience in a reception role
- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience required
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Strong client service and communication skills – Able to communicate professionally and compassionately with clients, including during stressful or emotional situations.
- Leadership and team support – Experience providing guidance, training, coaching, or day-to-day support to other team members.
- Veterinary practice knowledge – Familiarity with veterinary terminology, appointment scheduling, medical records, client communication, and general hospital workflows.
- Organization and multitasking – Able to prioritize competing needs, manage front-desk workflows, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution – Comfortable addressing client concerns, resolving issues professionally, and making sound decisions while maintaining a positive client experience.
