About Client Services:
The Client Services team has ultimate responsibility for the creative output and flawless execution of our campaigns and programs. The team has a helicopter view over all parts of a collaboration and will work with the expert teams and specialist partners (both internally and externally) to bring a brand’s creative vision to life.
The team has three core functions:
- Oversee campaign, budgets and timing across assigned programs
- Act as the central resource that brings in the right expertise at the right time
- Facilitate retention and client satisfaction through excellent operational and servicing standards, and quality creative output
About The Role:
In this role, you'll project manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple influencer marketing campaigns, including budgeting, timelines, and creator sourcing. You'll lead client and creator communications, ensuring smooth campaign execution while mentoring a Campaign Executive. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where flexibility, creativity, and relationship-building are key.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Project manage, organize and direct the day-to-day operations of campaign delivery. This includes: managing budgets, timelines, and supporting the team for creator sourcing, contracting, briefing and campaign management
- Lead calls with creators and clients confidently and independently
- Manage communications with clients for multiple campaigns and up to 50 creators simultaneously
- Lead or be an active participant on internal and external meetings, adding value with keen knowledge of the brand, roster of creators, strategy and campaign goals/ KPIs
- Manage, help to develop and mentor at least one Campaign Executive, supporting with career pathing and goal setting
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Have 4-5+ years’ agency or brand experience, including team management
- Have strong detail-oriented communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in executing earned creator marketing initiatives
- Strong social skills, an outgoing nature, and the ability to build strong relationships with creators and clients
- Reliability. A self-starter who is comfortable working independently to orchestrate campaign communications with a detail-oriented approach
- The ability to multi-task and handle multiple campaigns + creator and client communications simultaneously
- Resourcefulness and the drive to build relationships internally. Leverage resources within the agency to learn and cross-share new processes and skills for continuous improvement
- Have a solid understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem and an insatiable appetite for learning about industry innovations
- Appreciate and understand the value of creativity
- Thrive in an environment where collaboration, flexibility and scrappiness are valued more than job titles, rigid structure and legacy ways of working
- Be a curious self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive ‘can do’ attitude
- Multiple languages is a plus
This hybrid role, based in Hudson Yards, NY, offers flexibility and collaboration, allowing you to choose any three days a week to work from our vibrant office. The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and, ultimately budget approvals.
