New
Mid-Market Account Executive (EU)
European Union (Remote)
Overview
Wheelhouse is seeking a high-velocity Mid-Market Account Executive to build our presence across Europe. The ideal candidate brings quota-carrying sales experience, a disciplined hunter mentality, and the ability to manage high-volume prospecting while delivering consultative, value-driven product demonstrations to scaling short-term rental management companies.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment and has a track record of owning the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to closed-won. This is a founding team opportunity, so you must be comfortable adapting proven processes for a new market, iterating based on regional feedback, and working directly alongside regional leadership to capture a massive, untapped opportunity.
Success in this role requires a diligent, focused mindset, the ability to manage velocity without sacrificing relationship quality, and the chops to turn pipeline activity into predictable revenue. The ideal candidate is a collaborative self-starter who works well cross-functionally and cross-time-zone, coordinating with US and EU teams through clear communication and strong async habits—while always looking for ways to improve themselves, their territory, and our go-to-market motion.
If you're energized by the short-term rental industry, love the thrill of the hunt, and want to be a foundational member of our EMEA expansion—we'd love to hear from you!
The Role
We're looking for a disciplined "hunter"—someone who maintains velocity, loves converting skeptics into believers, and brings rigor to process. You are organized and driven, excited to speak with potential clients daily about revenue management software & trends. You would excel at building trust quickly, listening to pain points, and demonstrating how Wheelhouse solves them.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the sales cycle from cold outreach to closed-won for mid-market accounts (50–200 properties per customer) across EMEA.
- Drive your own outbound strategy. Identify high-potential targets, build sequences, and book your own discovery calls.
- Maintain a healthy funnel of 50–100 active prospects. Move deals quickly through the pipeline without sacrificing quality.
- Conduct compelling demos, effectively communicating product features and benefits to property managers across diverse European markets.
- Feed critical frontline insights back to EMEA leadership and product teams to shape regional strategy.
- Work collaboratively with your international sales colleagues – sharing what’s working, solving what’s not, and supporting a culture of excellence.
- Navigating time-zone differences through strong documentation and async communication to maintain momentum while keeping a largely Europe-based schedule.
