
Construction Project Engineer

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain project document control
- Review and process submittals, RFI’s, and change requests
- Track material lead time and fabrication status
- Facilitate closeout document collection
- Assign punchlist to subcontractors and track completion
- Take daily progress photos and record construction activities
- Assist the team with subcontractor coordination and communication
- Prepare daily reports, site safety programs, inspections and observation tracking
- Assist with change order requests and time and material tracking
- Support the project bid and award process
- Assist in facilitating project meetings
- Various project tasks as required
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE EXPECTATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Construction, Engineering or Architecture
- Internship(s) or up to 3-years’ work experience in the commercial construction field
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- OSHA 10 or 30 hour preferred
- LEED accreditation or EIT preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bluebeam, Revit and/or CAD fluency preferred
- Knowledge of Procore, CMiC, Microsoft Project, DroneDeploy, a plus
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
