People Analytics & Automation Intern

At Wildlife Studios, our Internship Programs are designed to develop students who are eager to start their careers in the gaming industry. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and be part of a company that creates games played by millions worldwide. Throughout the program, you’ll have access to technical and soft-skill training, mentorship, and structured development opportunities to prepare you for future career growth.

What you'll do

  • Identify manual HR tasks, such as onboarding, status changes, and data entry, and design automated solutions.
    Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources (HRIS, benefits systems, surveys) to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations for leadership.
  • Perform detailed analysis of employee data with global HR systems and identify trends/patterns and opportunities for improvement to support strategic initiatives such as talent management, total rewards, HRBPs.
  • Support ad hoc projects related to HR data analysis and system optimization.
  • Engage in structured learning sessions and mentorship to accelerate your development.
  • Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to help shape the future of our products.

 

Internship Program (1-2 years of contract, working on-site, hybrid, or remote, depending on the area.)

  • Undergraduate students graduating between Dec/2026 and Dec/2027.
  • Availability to work remotely, hybrid, or on-site, depending on the team.
  • Availability for 30 hours or an internship per week.
  • Genuine interest in games and technology.
  • Creative and collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn.
  • Strong soft skills such as collaboration, curiosity, clear communication, and ownership.
