Office Administrator

Join Our Creative Team as an Office Administrator!

Are you highly organised, proactive, and eager to play a key role in a vibrant architectural studio? We’re looking for an Office Administrator to be the heartbeat of our Sydney office, keeping the practice running seamlessly and supporting a passionate, creative team.

This is a part-time opportunity (4 days per week), ideal for someone seeking balance while still wanting to be deeply involved in a dynamic, design-led environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll manage the day-to-day rhythm of the office, from handling calls and emails with professionalism to coordinating calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.

You’ll keep meeting rooms presentation- ready, maintain well-organised project files, and ensure the office and kitchen are stocked and running efficiently for both everyday work and important client meetings.

You’ll also support administrative and financial processes, including ordering supplies, processing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with document management.

Working closely with the Practice Manager, you’ll provide essential support to architects and project managers, helping ensure the studio operates smoothly and efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate

You’re someone who thrives on organisation, takes initiative, and enjoys being the go-to support person in a busy office. You bring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience in an architectural or design studio is highly regarded but not essential.  What matters most is your reliability, adaptability, and positive attitude. This role is perfectly suited to someone who can work four days a week and is looking for a long-term, meaningful position within a creative practice.
