Position Overview

Google Project Manager / Change Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Google Project Manager with exposure to Change Management for our Cloud Productivity team to drive successful delivery and adoption of Google Workspace and Gemini solutions for our clients. This hybrid role combines structured project execution with human-centric adoption strategies to manage successful Google Workspace migrations. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage stakeholders to ensure seamless technical transitions and high customer satisfaction.

This role will be critical in guiding our customers through their digital transformation journey. You are both a structured project architect and a human-centric strategist. Working with cross-functional technical teams and client stakeholders, you interface with Woolpert customers from project kickoff through to full adoption, serving as their trusted partner. You will advise them on change strategies to address their most challenging adoption challenges and provide ongoing guidance after go-live. You will design change communication plans, facilitate training, and build champion networks to ensure our technology solutions drive meaningful business outcomes. You will team with Woolpert Professional Services to successfully deliver best-in-class, user-focused platforms for our customers, and champion cultural change throughout their enterprises.

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.  Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

What You Will Do:

Project & Delivery Management

  • End-to-End Execution: Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of complex Google Workspace deployment and optimization programs.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary point of contact for client leadership, ensuring transparent communication, risk mitigation, and alignment on deliverables.
  • Resource & Timeline Ownership: Manage cross-functional teams (technical engineers, data migration specialists, and trainers) to ensure flawless execution.
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Define, track, and own delivery satisfaction metrics, proactively pivoting strategies to address client friction points.
  • Profile Management: Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Change Management & Adoption

  • Change Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies (communication, training, and resistance management) tailored to unique client cultures.
  • Impact Assessment: Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to anticipate user friction during the transition to Google Workspace.
  • Champion Networks: Build and nurture internal "Google Guides/Champions" networks within client organizations to drive grassroots peer-to-peer learning.
  • Value Realization: Move clients beyond basic email/calendar usage, coaching them on how to leverage Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Meet, Chat, AppSheet) to transform their daily collaboration.

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience managing complex IT programs, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Google Workspace deployments and Change Management.
  • Certifications (Highly Preferred):
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum).
  • Google Workspace Professional Administrator or Deployment Specialist credentials.
  • Cloud Digital Leader
  • The Tech Stack: Deep, practical knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem, its security/governance models, and its collaborative capabilities.
  • The Human Element: Exceptional empathy, active listening, and communication skills. You must be able to translate complex technical shifts into clear, benefit-driven narratives for non-technical users.
  • Data-Driven: Experience defining and tracking KPIs related to project health, user adoption rates, and customer satisfaction.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

  • High CSAT/NPS: Clients don't just tolerate the migration; they rave about the experience and feel supported throughout the journey.
  • High Active Usage: Post-deployment data shows rapid, deep adoption of Google Workspace tools across all levels of the client organization.
  • Minimal Friction: Technical cutovers happen smoothly because users are well-trained, well-informed, and excited for Day 1.

Form CC-305

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
