Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Manager, Film & Video to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible to:

Own end‑to‑end video studio for our developer business unit. Outputs include livestreams, short and long-form tutorials, and social content.

Be an inspired story teller motivated to tell technical stories with a human touch. Be playful, and bring surprise and delight to our developer community.

Run a studio culture that delivers the highest quality, challenges assumptions and constantly seeks to invent new ways to improve the impact of our work.

Manage studio operations, equipment, budget, and a small crew.

Collaborate with Developer Advocates and Product Marketing to script technical stories.

Work with our social media lead to deliver assets to the world with the pulse of the community.

Work with developer community members, Workato employees, and customers to bring technical content and stories to life.

Support our community, first-party and third-party events to capture the excitement of events and the technical innovation and share it with the world

Track metrics and iterate formats to maximise engagement.

Collaborate with Workato Core video team on shared processes, swing capacity, and a coherent customer content experience.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
-
7 + years leading video production for tech or developer audiences.
-
DP experience including direction of all crew and disciplines.
-
Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe CC, OBS, and modern production workflows.

Strong on‑camera direction and storytelling prowess.
Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
-
Creative problem‑solver with impeccable attention to detail.
-
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced setting.
-
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
