Responsibilities

We are looking for an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Hunting and acquiring new enterprise logos in the fast-growing South Korea market, with a primary focus on new business development

  • Building and executing a comprehensive territory plan targeting some of the largest enterprises in South Korea

  • Selling both directly and through channel partners to maximize market penetration

  • Multi-threading with C-level executives across business units in your target accounts, working alongside our SDRs, partner sales, and marketing teams

  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager while maintaining autonomy in your day-to-day approach

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in a full cycle, closing role with a proven hunter mentality

  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new enterprise logos and building territories from the ground up

  • Experience handling and owning relationships with enterprise companies, preferably in the South Korea market

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota

  • First and foremost, you're a hunter and a salesperson. You thrive on the challenge of breaking into new accounts and winning new business in an evolving, fast-growing environment. You don't like to sit back and enjoy the comfort of a large corporate.

  • You're coachable and possess excellent listening skills. You're open to feedback, willing to adapt your approach, and flexible in responding to changing market dynamics.

  • You're collaborative but not a lone wolf. You know how to play as a team and craft large complex deals by pulling in colleagues with whom you've built trust.

  • You're comfortable with the natural ambiguity of a startup environment and not reliant on corporate safety nets.

  • You demonstrate resilience and persistence in pursuing new opportunities while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
