Job Description:

 The Production Coordinator will be assisting with planning, support, vendor management, quality control, and delivery of a wide variety of printed goods (sales collateral, signage, event items, merchandise, etc.) that serve to drive sales and audience engagement.

 As a Production Coordinator you will be responsible for guiding the entire print production process, from receiving art files, to gathering quotes and vendor selection, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and within budget. The proper candidate will collaborate with both internal teams and vendors to oversee all aspects of production while adhering to deadlines and specifications.

This position will be an integral part of the marketing operations team which supports our in-house Creative Studio, reporting directly to the Director of Production, Marketing Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Partner with Project Managers to develop and maintain project timelines and track progress.
  • Vendor Communications: Communicating and maintaining relationships with external vendors like printers, mailshop/fulfillment centers, and other suppliers.
  • Administrative Support: Handling administrative tasks such as creating project documentation, maintaining spreadsheets, preparing reports, and managing invoices.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring creative deliverables meet established quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Production Support: Assisting in proofreading, spot-checking press-readiness, posting & archiving files, and managing vendor proofs.
  • Online Store Management: Responsible for day-to-day communications, customer accounts, product listings, and maintenance of the online shop. Review customer metrics and implement strategies to improve sales and user engagement.

Qualifications:

    3-5 years’ print production and vendor management experience preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Highly organized thinker, with a positive, creative, collaborative approach to problem solving
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment which demands quick thinking and strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic, project ownership and accountability for business
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and project management software (Adobe Workfront) a plus
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• Internal creative studio or creative agency
• Knowledge of direct response marketing and printing
• Ability to manage a budget effectively and efficiently
• Speak fluent English
