Position Summary:

The ABA Regional Manager provides clinical and operational leadership across an assigned region, ensuring high-quality ABA service delivery, staff retention, and program growth. This role is responsible for supporting BCBAs, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and fostering team health to drive optimal clinical outcomes for the children and families we serve. The ABA Regional Manager is a key partner in supporting field teams, driving performance, and resolving fulfillment barriers across their region. 

Compensation and Benefit Information:

  • Annual Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and act on regional ABA KPIs, including billed hours, BCBA productivity, staff retention, and authorized service fulfillment 
  • Provide direct coaching and support to BCBAs on time management, scheduling efficiency, clinical quality, and job satisfaction 
  • Identify and resolve barriers impacting service delivery, ensuring families receive the full scope of authorized ABA services 
  • Lead regional efforts to improve retention by identifying trends, fostering team engagement, and supporting career development 
  • Collaborate with Talent, Training, and Operations teams to ensure staffing plans align with growth and quality standards 
  • Support clinical fidelity and consistency by partnering with Quality Assurance and Training teams 
  • Serve as the point person for regional team health, clinical oversight, and fulfillment strategies 
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives that drive regional and organizational goals 
  • Support the onboarding and development of new BCBAs and clinical leaders 
  • Maintain strong communication loops with internal stakeholders to support alignment and accountability 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field 
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing 
  • Minimum of 3 years in a clinical leadership or BCBA supervisory role 
  • Proven track record of improving team performance, retention, and clinical outcomes 
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and coaching skills 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple teams across a region 
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills 

Schedule and Location, and Duration (remote/hybrid/address):

  • Full-time, exempt position 
  • Hybrid with in-region travel required 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Directly supports and coaches BCBAs and other clinical team members across the assigned region
  • May supervise RBT Mentors, Lead RBTs, or other clinical support staff, depending on the region structure 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Occasional travel within the assigned region
