Compensation and benefits:

  • Salary: $78,000 - $103,000 
  • Lead differential (guaranteed): $5,000/year
  • Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000/year)
  • Comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in ABA or related field
  • BCBA® Certification
  • 2+ years experience as a BCBA
  • BLS/CPR Certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client programming and supervision
  • Provide clinical leadership to the ABA team
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
  • Support parent training and engagement
